Your use of this Website is governed by these Terms and Conditions set out below. By using any part of this Website and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions

Oskalily aims to continually improve the products available and so design changes may be made at any time. Oskalily will endeavour to keep this website up to date but information and designs provided on the Oskalily website are for your information only and are subject to change without notice.
Any pictures on this website are as accurate as possible, but there are technical limitations such as computer monitor differences, and due to the nature of photography slight variations in colour and texture must be expected.
Oskalily will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to this website, but due to the nature of the Internet and other factors, access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to please customers at all times and fulfil orders, so we try to maintain sufficient stock. But despite our best efforts, sometimes items sell-out and become unavailable. If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.
Prices displayed on the Oskalily website are quoted in British Sterling (£. British Pounds) Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment section of this Website.
The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and the products in your shopping basket have been accepted.
All prices include VAT as applicable, and our VAT number is GB 896 2171 91. Oskalily is the supplier of the goods. Company registration number: 5984651.
DUTIES AND TAXES
You will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods outside of the United Kingdom. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
DELIVERIES
Oskalily will endeavour to dispatch orders within 7 days of acceptance, subject to availability. Please note that because we use carriers to deliver your products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please note that with regard to international shipments, you are responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.
When you order online, you will be asked to enter the country of delivery. After this, we will then calculate the delivery charge as appropriate to your destination:

Rest of the world £12.00
The delivery address should be one where there is usually somebody available during normal business hours
International delivery is available worldwide.
We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep the goods on backorder or refund you. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48 hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays - regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.
Royal Mail or a courier service that requires a signature on receipt will deliver your order.

CLAIMS
Oskalily must be informed of any damage to the product within 48 hours of delivery by email to info@oskalily.com quoting your unique order number.
Please also contact Oskalily in the event of non-arrival, i.e. non-delivery after 7 days
If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please inform us at info@oskalily.com .
RETURNS
It is the policy of Oskalily to ensure that all products supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. Should the product not match your requirements on arrival or you change your mind, and it is returned to us in perfect condition within 7 days of delivery with all packaging intact, Oskalily will refund you in full excluding the delivery charge. We are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will refund you in full including the delivery charge or exchange the goods.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.
Oskalily must be informed by email if you are returning a product for a refund. Please email info@Oskalily.com with the reason(s) for returning the product.
SALE
Sale continues whilst stocks last. Subject to availability. Sale items can be returned for exchange only.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to info@oskalily.com . We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase within seven working days of receiving it.
